You will: • Lead and develop outside sales teams in Tigard, Salem, Eugene, and Bend • Create and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company goals • Establish sales plans, performance targets, and operating procedures • Coach and develop high-performing sales professionals in a culture of accountability • Partner with branch leadership to drive coordinated growth efforts • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and vendor partners • Oversee regional sales and marketing alignment to maximize market penetration • Monitor performance metrics and guide teams toward achieving revenue and margin objectives • Travel regularly across the territory to support teams and customers. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of successful sales management in a Water Works wholesale distribution environment • Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial leadership approach • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop sales teams • Track record of building high-performance, high-accountability cultures • Excellent communication, investigative, analytical, and decision-making skills • Experience managing complex customer relationships • Strong planning, prioritization, and follow-through skills • Proficient with business software including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel extensively within the region.
