Role & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Data Architect for a state government IT division which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in enterprise data architecture and database design looking to further their career in public sector technology.

•      Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models and database architectures

•      Define data standards, metadata, and data governance practices across applications

•      Develop ETL/data integration and data warehouse solutions with SQL and BI tools

•      Partner with project teams and provide weekly status updates on deliverables

Essential Qualifications

•      5+ years of data architecture, data modeling, and SQL/database design experience

•      Hands-on experience with data warehousing, ETL, and enterprise databases; ability to pass a state-required FBI fingerprint background screening

•      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
