ConsultNet is seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise data architecture supporting analytics, reporting, and operational needs. The Data Architect will design data warehouses and data marts, establish data models and standards, and develop metadata management strategies that promote consistency, scalability, and effective data governance. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare data experience and hands-on experience designing modern data platforms.

Required Skills

• 3 5 years of hands-on experience in data architecture or a closely related discipline.
• Strong healthcare data domain experience.
• Experience designing data warehouses, data marts, and scalable data models.
• Experience establishing data standards, structures, and architecture patterns.
• Experience developing metadata management strategies and solutions.
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and data engineering best practices.
• Experience designing or supporting modern data platforms.
• Strong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.

Bonus / Soft Skills

• Experience with OMOP or other healthcare data models.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and modern data engineering practices.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale data modernization initiatives.
• Familiarity with data interoperability and integration requirements.
• Strong understanding of data governance and metadata management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with data engineers, analysts, researchers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex architecture and data concepts to varied audiences.
