Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Data Architect for their Tysons, VA location.

- Ideal candidate with about 5 years of experience
- At least 4 years of professional data analysis work experience
- At least 4 years of programming experience
- At least 1 year of experience in people management or project management experience
- Prefer working experience with Client
- Technical skills needed:
- At least 5 years of experience with Python, SQL, or Spark, data bricks
- Python skills related to google slide, google sheet and google doc -- to create google slide with charts and data tables, google sheet and google doc by Python
- At least 1 year of experience in Tableau or AWS Quick sight
- Experience with system integration, data validation, quality checks.
- Proficient utilizing and developing within AWS service
- Conducting analysis to evaluate processes and tests.
- Identify gaps and come up with plan to close gaps
- Have experience managing project: set up meetings, create agenda, take notes, follow up, report status)
- Communication up to Sr Director level frequently
- Soft skills needed:
- Project management experience - experience with creating project timeline, defining milestones and deliverables.
- Presentation and communication skills - clear, concise, logical;
- Customer facing experience - address all stakeholders needs and provide real time project status update
- Quicker learner and team player
