Data Archiver for a
12-Month Contract assignment with one of our premier
Federal Agency clients in Washington, D.C.
Requirements/Tasks
- This is a mix of Onsite and Remote Data Archiving and Back up for a Small Independent Federal Agency in Washington, DC.
- The candidate shall download, backup, test for accuracy and the ability to restore after backup all videos on the agency YouTube Channel to an external source such as an external encrypted hard drive.
- The contractor shall download, back up, and create a pdf of the agency's Twitter accounts to date.
- The contractor shall download all up to large 100 PST files from decommissioned M365 Exchange server and test for accuracy and the ability to restore the files.
- The contractor shall move all files dated 2009-2014 for up to 10 agency shared drive folders to a cloud-based archive and test for accuracy.
- Permanently remove the files that were moved to the archive location from the active share. The number of files is estimated at 25,000.
- Inventory Data on Excel Based Spreadsheet.
- Agency IT Staff will provide directive/instruction on associated tasks and equipment.

- The selected candidate must not disclose any information as some information within the files may be confidential and sensitive. An NDA and background check may be required.
