We're seeking dependable candidates with assembly, construction, framing, remodeling, or mechanical experience who enjoy hands-on work and building high-quality products. Requirements for the Data Center Assembly Technician
- Previous experience in assembly, construction, framing, remodeling, building trades, manufacturing, or mechanical installation preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Ability to accurately use a tape measure and other measuring tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- HVAC experience is a plus
- Electrical experience is a plus
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Stable work history with employment history accounted for
- Resume and professional references required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, kneel, and stand throughout the shift
- Must be willing to meet pre-employment requirements, including background screening
Data Center Assembly Technician Responsibilities
- Assemble HVAC units and cooling system components used in data center applications
- Perform detailed mechanical assembly and component installation
- Read blueprints, schematics, and production documents
- Measure, cut, fit, and install components according to specifications
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely and accurately
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
- Work with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Work EnvironmentWork is performed in a manufacturing setting and may involve exposure to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures. This role requires frequent standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive use of hands and arms. Candidates with construction or mechanical assembly backgrounds often excel in this position.
