Description
Join our team as an Electrical Project Manager in a full-time role based in Sterling, VA. 
You'll manage the design, construction, and commissioning of large-scale data center electrical systems. 
This hands-on position requires expertise in electrical engineering and project management to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage project scope, quality, schedule, and budget for electrical construction projects.
Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors and serve as the primary on-site representative.
Monitor construction schedules, communicate progress and risks, and manage client expectations.
Conduct troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for construction and equipment issues.
Ensure installed systems match approved designs and meet engineering standards.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field OR 5 years of equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience managing large, complex electrical construction projects, focusing on data centers.
Demonstrated expertise in data center electrical topology and understanding of related electrical principles.
Experience with commissioning electrical systems and overseeing installation of data center power distribution systems.
Strong contractor and vendor management experience, including RFPs, bidding, and quality control.
