Data Center Foreman / Hyperscale

We are seeking an experienced Data Center Foreman / Hyperscale professional with a strong background in low-voltage structured cabling and hyperscale data center projects. The ideal candidate will have proven field leadership experience, with the ability to manage technicians, oversee project execution, and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Candidates may reside anywhere in the United States. Nationwide travel is required, with travel expenses and per diem provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and project execution at hyperscale data center sites.

• Supervise, manage, and train teams of technicians, ideally 15 or more.

• Handle workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, labor tracking, and timesheets.

• Ensure project quality, productivity, safety compliance, and schedule adherence.

• Monitor project costs, labor utilization, and materials using tracking reports and Bluebeam.

• Interpret scopes of work (SOW), bills of materials (BOM), blueprints, and project schedules.

• Coordinate material ordering, deliveries, inventory, and warehouse activities.

• Manage change orders, moves, adds, and changes (MACs), and project documentation.

• Maintain effective communication with project managers, customers, and field teams.

• Support pre-bid and post-bid meetings and contribute to project planning.

• Provide technical training and ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

• Support both construction-phase and post-construction data center activities.

Required Qualifications

• 2 5 years of low-voltage or structured cabling experience.

• 1 2 years of field leadership or foreman experience.

• Strong understanding of low-voltage cabling, fiber optics, tools, equipment, and installation processes.

• Experience managing technicians, delegating tasks, and coordinating field operations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage timesheets, staffing, schedules, and change orders.

• Ability to interpret technical project documentation, blueprints, SOWs, and BOMs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Willingness to travel nationwide up to 100%.

• Must be open to both contract and full-time employment opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hyperscale data center project experience.

• Previous experience with Meta or Microsoft data center projects.

• BICSI Installer Level 2 certification.

• BICSI Technician certification or Level 1/Level 2 OJT training.

• Confined Space certification.

• Experience supporting both construction and post-construction phases.
