Data Center Project Manager

The Denver metro has grown into a serious data center hub, and Aurora sits right at the center of it with large campuses taking shape east of the city. A respected general contractor is looking for a Data Center Project Manager to help deliver mission-critical builds across the Front Range. If you like technical work, a steady project pipeline and a team that treats people well, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Run data center projects from preconstruction and buyout through commissioning and turnover
• Manage budgets, cost forecasts, change orders and schedules, and keep them current
• Coordinate closely with owners, design teams and electrical and mechanical trade partners
• Work alongside superintendents to keep jobsites safe, organized and on track
• Mentor assistant project managers and project engineers as they grow
• Give owners clear, honest updates on progress, risks and next steps

What You Bring

• Project management experience with a general contractor, including data center or mission-critical work (required)
• A good working knowledge of critical power, cooling, heavy MEP coordination and phased turnovers
• Strong scheduling, cost control and documentation habits
• A friendly, collaborative approach and solid communication skills
• A degree in construction management, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience

What We Offer

Salary range of $125,000–$170,000, plus bonus and benefits, a strong backlog of mission-critical work in the Denver area, and a supportive team that wants you to succeed.
