Data Center Technician

Your skills\n\n 5+ years of experience as a Data Center Technician, Server Technician, or similar role\n Hands-on experience (or equivalent) in implementing and administrating MS technologies like Windows Server and Active Directory\n Ability to work with limited oversite and direction across a variety of server, storage, and network hardware types\n Experience working with enterprise-level IT infrastructure and knowledge of TCP/IP and networking protocols\n Good monitoring skills, preferable experience (or equivalent) with PRTG\n Strong knowledge of data center hardware and software, including servers, switches, and storage systems\n This role is a Salary Non-Exempt position with a targeted salary range of $83,000 \u2013 $90,000 USD, based on experience and skillsets.\n Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USA on a permanent, unrestricted basis. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including student or temporary work authorization programs.\n \nYour tasks\n \nHemmersbach is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Technician to join our team. As a Data Center Technician, you will provide technical support to our clients at their location, working with data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure. \n \nResponsibilities: \n\n Provide technical support onsite to our clients at their location, with a focus on data centers, servers, and enterprise-level IT infrastructure \n \n\n Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues for data centers, servers, and other peripherals \n \n\n Install, configure, and maintain data center hardware, including servers, switches, and storage systems \n \n\n Participate in project rollouts and deployments, working with data centers and other enterprise-level IT infrastructure \n \n\n Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment \n \n\n Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management \n \n\n* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel as needed based on customer demand\n \n\n \nBe part of us\n \nHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
