Data Center Technician Foreman

We are seeking a crew leader to support data center construction projects, bringing strong coordination, accountability, and execution to active jobsites where quality, safety, and schedule matter every day.

As a Data Center Technician Foreman, you will guide technicians in the field, keep installation work moving, and serve as a key point of coordination between crews, project leadership, and subcontractor partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily crew activities on active data center construction sites.
• Oversee installation tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and troubleshoot field issues for technicians.
• Communicate with project managers and subcontractors to keep work on track.
• Maintain site documentation, materials readiness, and adherence to job specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading crews on commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Experience with data center builds, structured cabling, or critical infrastructure environments.
• Ability to read construction drawings and manage field execution with minimal supervision.
• Strong working knowledge of jobsite safety practices, quality standards, and schedule coordination.
• Proven ability to resolve field issues during construction execution and coordinate effectively with subcontractors.
• OSHA 10 certification and Scissors Lift certification.
• Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the United States.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
