Location: Charlotte, NC | Payrate: $22/hour | 2 differentSchedules available : Mon to Thurs, 7am to 5:30pm and Fri - Sun 6am to 6:30pm

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great with numbers and data? PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Data Clerk to support a leading HVAC manufacturing company in Charlotte, NC! 

In this role, you'll help keep manufacturing operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate records, managing inventory data, and supporting daily material movement. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people and technology, we want to hear from you! 

What You'll Do 

• Enter and maintain accurate data in computer systems and databases. 

• Process inventory transactions and verify material records. 

• Support receiving, storing, and shipping of products and materials. 

• Prepare reports, correspondence, and operational documentation. 

• Create and organize databases and maintain accurate records. 

• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and third-party logistics (3PL) teams. 

• Communicate with internal customers to collect and update information. 

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. 

What You'll Bring 

Required Qualifications 

• High School Diploma or GED. 

• 2+ years of data entry experience using databases or computer software. 

• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. 

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Associate's or bachelor's degree. 

• Previous Data Clerk or Data Entry experience. 

• SAP or Oracle experience. 

• Fast, accurate typing skills; touch typing preferred. 

• Basic database and inventory management knowledge. 

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
