Data Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities: for the Data Cloud Engineer include: Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based ETL/ELT pipelines utilizing Azure and AWS technologies Build and optimize large-scale data transformation solutions using PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, and SQL Develop data ingestion frameworks supporting structured and unstructured data sources, including APIs, databases, JSON, and flat files Implement data governance, security controls, RBAC, data quality standards, and Change Data Capture (CDC) processes Collaborate with cloud, cybersecurity, DevOps, and software engineering teams to support enterprise modernization efforts and maintain production data environments Required Qualifications for the Data Cloud Engineer include: 10+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data engineering and cloud data solutions Strong expertise with PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and/or AWS Glue Experience developing cloud-native ETL/ELT pipelines, implementing CDC frameworks, and supporting data governance and security requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field Active Secret Clearance Qualifications: for the Data Cloud Engineer include: 10+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale data engineering and cloud data solutions Strong expertise with PySpark, Spark SQL, Python, SQL, Azure Synapse Analytics, Databricks, and/or AWS Glue Experience developing cloud-native ETL/ELT pipelines, implementing CDC frameworks, and supporting data governance and security requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field Active Secret Clearance
