We are seeking two intermediate Data Engineers passionate about designing scalable ELT pipelines, transforming data processes, and driving innovation. Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust ELT pipelines using GCP Composer, Dataflow, and BigQuery.
• Implement scalable data ingestion and transformation solutions in a cloud-native environment.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and senior engineers to enhance the enterprise data platform.
• Ensure high data quality, pipeline performance, and scalability.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Translate business and technical requirements into stable, supportable software solutions.
• Contribute to the adoption of standardized data engineering practices and documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-4 years of hands-on experience building data solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL and Python.
• Expertise in Composer, Dataflow, and BigQuery.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or PBM industries.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience in data warehousing.
• Familiarity with data modeling and dimensional design.
• Exposure to regulatory environments (HIPAA, PCI).
• Experience working in Agile or Product Delivery teams.
