About the role

We are seeking a meticulous Data Entry professional to support our daily operations by accurately inputting and maintaining information in our systems. This on‑site position requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify large volumes of data across multiple databases and spreadsheets.

• Perform routine data validation checks to ensure completeness and accuracy.

• Generate and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas.

• Assist in organizing and archiving electronic and paper records.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.

• Adhere to data security and confidentiality policies.

• Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and efficiency.

Required qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands‑on data entry experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite.

• Demonstrated ability to manage and navigate databases.

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with data validation tools or scripts.
