Duration: 6 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Summary:
The Administrative/Data Entry Clerk is responsible for providing administrative support through accurate data entry, record maintenance, filing, and coordination of operational activities. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring the accuracy of company records and databases.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into company databases and systems.
- Enter and process product release information and related documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule truck shipments to support operational needs.
- Enter and maintain customer complaint records in the appropriate system.
- Input and maintain graphics-related information and documentation.
- File, organize, and maintain physical and electronic records, documents, and paperwork.
- Verify information for accuracy and completeness before entering into company systems.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Assist with daily administrative and operational activities as assigned.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments regarding shipment schedules, documentation, and data requirements.
- Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying data discrepancies and reporting issues as needed.
Qualifications Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Additional administrative or clerical training preferred.
Experience:
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, or office administration preferred.
- Experience working with shipping, logistics, or inventory-related activities is a plus.
