Data Entry Clerk

Our client in the Food Manufacturing space is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be part of the Administrative team supporting Sales Representatives/Operations/Logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, comfort working with systems and data entry, and a dependable approach to supporting customer fulfillment behind the scenes, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Data Entry Clerk

Location: Downtown St. Paul, MN

Pay Range: $20 - $22/hr

Position Type: 2-Month Contract with potential to convert to full-time

Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 4:30PM (In-office Mon-Thu; remote Fri)

What's the Job?

• Manually enter orders and tracking information to support fulfillment operations
• Accurately key data using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP)
• Maintain organized tracking and records using Excel for monitoring and updates
• Work behind the scenes with no direct customer interaction while supporting the team’s workflow
• Follow established processes during busy season to keep order and tracking data current

What's Needed?

• Experience with data entry and order/tracking entry in a high-accuracy environment
• High School Diploma/GED Completion
• Good with systems and comfortable working in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) is preferred
• Ability to handle repetitive desk work while maintaining quality and consistency
• Years of experience: 1-3 years in data administration
