Data Entry Clerk

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Data Entry Clerk positions in Torrance, CA. Responsibilities:

· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records for ocean and air shipments, including shipment status, ETD/ETA tracking, and related logistics information

· Process invoices, ASNs (Advance Shipment Notices), and other supply chain transactions using ERP systems such as Glovia, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms

· Monitor shipment status and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouse providers, customers, and internal teams to resolve delays and shipment issues

· Support purchasing, logistics, inventory control, order processing, and other supply chain operational activities as assigned

Requirements:

· High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred

· Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, import/export, warehouse operations, data entry, or a related field preferred

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications; ERP system experience preferred

· Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $24.18 per hour
