Data Entry

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Data Processing Specialist to manage record updates and data entry tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with high-volume tasks, and proficient in typing and data entry. Qualified candidates need to be flexible to come into the office as needed after training.  This position will be remote for the first month and hybrid thereafter. 

Responsibilities:

• Review and process policy changes following company procedures while meeting productivity and quality metrics

• Update addresses, beneficiary names, and legal name changes in internal systems.

• Additional tasks will include coverage verifications and processing collateral assignments.  

• Process tasks assigned and received through multiple internal channels.

• Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures.

• Respond to written inquiries efficiently and professionally

• Complete ~100 tasks per day with attention to detail.

• On occasion may need to advocate for a customer and request an exception or accommodation from management in order to process a change request or reinstatment 

• Support new platform rollout to streamline processes over time.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Superior customer service with proper grammar and spelling

• Excellent typing and data entry (60 WPM preferred; 50 WPM acceptable with high accuracy).

• Ability to follow structured processes and handle high-volume tasks efficiently.

• Previous experience in data entry, record management, or administrative processing is a plus.

This job is Hybrid Remote.

Pay Range: Hourly $24.00 to $24.00
