Specific areas of focus will focus on reviewing contract terms and updating data tables as needed. The Data Analyst will work within the Business Intelligence team. It will be a three month contract.RESPONSIBILITIESValidate data quality by performing ongoing data audits and remediating data gaps that contribute to incorrect historical reportingSearch Salesforce Account Records to understand contractual termsReconcile contract values based on contractual terms against current data tablesManually key in data from contractual documents into specific data tablesReview data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking outputDocument all changes and report updates on an ongoing basis to the Business Operations Leadership teamREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma or GEDPursuing Finance, Accounting, or Business degreeProficient with MS Excel, MS Word, and other products within the Microsoft SuiteAbility to collaborate effectively and work as part of a dynamic team amid evolving prioritiesStrong attention to detail & accuracyVerbal and Written communication skillsAbility for critical thinkingHaving a systematic and logical approach to problem-solving
