Data Entry Analyst

Key Responsibilities for the Data Entry Analyst:

Load, validate, and reconcile financial data within corporate consolidation software.
Review consolidation results and investigate variances across multiple entities.
Support system cleanup, testing, documentation, and implementation activities.
Partner with consultants and international finance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Verify system outputs against Excel models and source financial data.

Qualifications for the Data Entry Analyst:

Corporate consolidation experience in an accounting or finance environment.
Hands-on experience with consolidation software platforms.
Advanced Excel skills with strong financial reconciliation capabilities.
Experience working with multi-entity financial data and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications of the Data Entry Analyst:

Prior financial system implementation experience.
Exposure to OneStream, HFM, Tagetik, or similar consolidation tools.
Experience supporting global or international finance teams.
