Key Responsibilities for the Data Entry Role:
- Load, validate, and reconcile financial data within consolidation software.
- Compare system outputs against Excel models and source files to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate variances, intercompany activity, and consolidation discrepancies.
- Support system cleanup, implementation activities, testing, and documentation efforts.
- Collaborate with consultants and global finance teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications for the Data Entry Role:
- Corporate consolidation experience within an accounting or finance environment.
- Experience working with consolidation software platforms.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong reconciliation and data validation capabilities.
- Ability to work with multi-entity financial data and reporting structures.
