Data Entry (On-site)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for our client in Wassaic, NY.

• Update and maintain department-specific forms and records
• Complete SFS information updates and password resets
• Prepare quarterly reports
• Track equipment distribution and maintenance
• Record and distribute meeting minutes and notes
• Provide main telephone line coverage
• Monitor the Business Office mailbox and distribute incoming contents
• Oversee file storage, retention, and disposition
• Operate the postage machine daily
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong data entry and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
