Data Entry Operator – Lockbox Processing

Location: Atlanta, GA 30349
Pay Rate: Up to $20.14/hour
Job Type: Contract
Work Arrangement: Onsite, 4 days per week
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 2nd shift (32 hours/week)

Work Schedule

• Tuesday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

• Friday: 12:00 PM–8:30 PM

• Training: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, for the first two weeks

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to accurately and efficiently enter information from images and original documents according to established customer instructions. The ideal candidate can work in a fast-paced environment, maintain high accuracy, and meet production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data using a full keyboard and numeric keypad.

• Process information from scanned images and original documents according to system prompts and customer instructions.

• Identify and acknowledge out-of-balance transactions.

• Meet established accuracy, productivity, and turnaround-time requirements.

• Identify and report computer system issues.

• Detect processing and remitter errors and handle unusual transactions appropriately.

• Maintain consistent productivity while following established procedures.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with data entry processes.

• Strong typing skills, including use of a numeric keypad.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Ability to process high volumes of information quickly.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to automated systems.

• General understanding of lockbox processing is preferred.

Important Requirements

• Minimum tested keystroke speed: 8,400 KSPH.

• Candidates must have their tested KSPH score listed on their resume.

• The candidate’s current location must be listed on the resume.

• Must be available to work onsite in Atlanta, GA, according to the required schedule.

• Must be available to work holidays.

• No time off is permitted during the first 90 days.

• Candidates should ideally not be working another job due to the schedule and attendance requirements
