    Description

    This is a remote position.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our dynamic administrative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining accurate, up-to-date, and secure records across multiple systems, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA. You will be responsible for inputting, managing, and verifying large volumes of data across platforms including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com, SAP, and other ERP systems. Your ability to troubleshoot discrepancies, analyze data trends, and support administrative workflows will directly contribute to data integrity and decision-making across departments. This is a hands-on, technology-driven position ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in structured environments and values precision, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.

    Responsibilities

    • Accurately input, update, and verify data across multiple systems including Microsoft Excel, Salesforce.com, SAP, and other ERP platforms.
    • Perform routine data audits and reconcile discrepancies to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
    • Utilize advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data validation to organize, analyze, and report on data sets.
    • Support administrative operations by maintaining digital and physical records in compliance with HIPAA and internal data governance policies.
    • Troubleshoot data entry errors and system issues promptly, escalating critical problems when necessary.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and deliver data for reporting, billing, inventory, and customer service needs.
    • Generate and maintain standardized reports using data analysis tools and dashboard features within ERP and CRM systems.
    • Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and security in alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in onboarding and training new team members on data entry protocols and system usage.

    Requirements


    • High school diploma required; Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
    • 1–7 years of proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools.
    • Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce.com, SAP, or other ERP software.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy under tight deadlines.
    • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data inconsistencies and resolve entry errors efficiently.
    • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices.
    • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
