Data Entry Specialist (Temporary)
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Specialists for ongoing temporary opportunities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. If you have strong typing skills, exceptional accuracy, and enjoy working with data in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
These positions may be located in Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Plano, Richardson, Arlington, Grand Prairie, and surrounding DFW communities.
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems
Review and verify documents for accuracy and completeness
Process high volumes of data with speed and precision
Identify and correct data discrepancies
Organize digital and physical records
Support administrative and operational teams as needed
Qualifications
1+ year of data entry, administrative, or customer support experience preferred
Strong typing and/or 10-key skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
