Job Details:
Pay: $21/hour
1.5+ month contract position – no potential to extend
Monday – Friday (Standard First Shift)
Hybrid Schedule – in office on Tuesdays only
Job Description:
Review records in the new system to identify missing documents, incomplete information, and data quality issues.
Compare migrated records against source data in legacy systems to validate completeness and accuracy.
Locate missing documents in legacy repositories and upload them to the appropriate records in the new system.
Verify that document metadata accurately reflects the associated attachments and business records.
Correct metadata discrepancies, including document titles, categories, dates, ownership, and other key attributes.
Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure uploaded documents are correctly linked and accessible.
Track and document data quality findings, remediation activities, and completion status.
Qualifications
- 1-5 years of experience in data quality, document management, records management, content migration, or related administrative support roles.
- Experience reviewing and validating large volumes of data and documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience working with contract records, contract repositories, or records management processes is a plus.
- Experience using the following systems: Sievo and GEP Quantum is a plus.
