Our client, a Industrial Robots and Factory Automation Systems company, is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for their Sterling Heights, MI location.
Responsibilities:
Reads and transmits invoice information from SAP to excel format.
Validates accuracy of data and accounting formulas.
Pays attention to details to identify gaps and update information where appropriate.
Manages, converts and consolidates different file types into a PDF for streamlined communication with external partners.
Communicates among teams such as order management, logistics and customs brokers. Manages timelines and expectations to ensure project is tracking to completion.

Requirements:
One-year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

If someone has experience with SAP or working with AI prompts that is a plus.
