We give you a world of potential

Our Document Services team plays a critical role in supporting our corporate clients by acting as a statutory agent for service of process both nationwide and internationally. The team is responsible for receiving, imaging, processing, and forwarding legal documents and government notices, as well as managing incoming and outgoing mail and other administrative functions. In this role, you'll ensure documents are processed accurately and on time, helping mitigate legal and service‑level risks while supporting strong client relationships.

If you're passionate about delivering high‑quality service, thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment, and are eager to be part of a collaborative and globally diverse organization, this could be an excellent next step in your career.

A role you will love

We are a global business with an entrepreneurial spirit, and we are proud of that. What that comes with this is a fast-paced environment and lots of change so you will be resilient in nature and able to adapt quickly and embrace the pace of change we often work at.

As a detail‑driven professional with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills, you will serve as a key point of control within our Document Services operation, helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in how documents are processed on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and sending legal and government documents on behalf of our clients, and making sure the information is accurate and completed on time.

Some of your key responsibilities will also include:

  • Prioritizing incoming service of process and government documents based on urgency, client‑specific requirements, and deadlines.
  • Performing pre‑send and post‑send quality checks to ensure accurate data entry, routing, and document imaging.
  • Identifying and resolving routine exceptions, escalating more complex issues in line with established procedures.
  • Preparing daily end‑of‑day summaries and maintaining basic workflow and quality dashboards.
  • Supporting team leaders by identifying recurring errors or bottlenecks and contributing improvement ideas.
  • Assisting with cross‑location workload balancing and backfilling processing or mailroom tasks as needed to meet service‑level.

What will you bring to the role?

We're looking for a highly detail‑oriented professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high‑quality work. You'll bring a strong sense of ownership, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively while working collaboratively with others.

Other key skills required for the role include:

  • A degree is not required; relevant industry experience will be strongly considered
  • Exceptional attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
  • Experience handling high volumes of documents in a data entry or processing environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including typing, scanning, email, and internet research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self‑motivated with strong organizational and time‑management abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast‑paced office setting
