Position Summary
Penda Aiken inc. is a staffing firm located in Brooklyn New York. Our client is a New York State Agency seeking a reliable and detail-oriented candidate to support daily operations. This is a fast-paced role requiring high reliability, punctuality, and meticulous attention to detail. These positions exist solely on-site with no option for telecommuting.
Primary Responsibilities

• 
  Data Entry & Processing: Perform high-volume data entry and document intake with high accuracy.
  
• 
  Quality Assurance: Maintain precise quality control standards across database files and internal records.
  
• 
  Confidentiality: Handle confidential and sensitive materials in strict compliance with state regulations.
  
• 
  Records Management: Utilize software systems to upload, organize, and track documents efficiently.
  
• 
  Team Collaboration & Autonomy: Work collaboratively within a team setting while executing independent tasks effectively.
  

Minimum Qualifications

• 
  Experience: Experience with data entry, quality assurance, and handling confidential materials is required.
  
• 
  Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Capture Pro, or Content Manager is highly beneficial.
  
• 
  Key Competencies: Keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, ability to follow complex instructions, and a strong work ethic both independently and as a team player.

  Work Location: Must be able to work 100% on-site (no remote or telecommuting options available).
