Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Data / ETL Tester to support a leading insurance / re-insurance client. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience validating large-scale data pipelines, ETL workflows, and data transformations across modern cloud and big data platforms. This role requires close collaboration with data engineers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure high data quality, integrity, and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL and SQL Server stored procedures for data validation and performance testing
• Hands-on experience with Python for test automation and scripting
• Experience working with ETL processes, data warehousing, and data governance concepts
• Practical experience with Databricks, Apache Spark, or Data Lake environments
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP (Azure Databricks preferred)
• Knowledge of data testing and test automation frameworks
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
