Job Details

You’ll guide data readiness and migration as advisory firms transition from legacy systems to our enterprise platforms. Sitting between business analysts and engineers, you’ll translate business needs into clear integration requirements and help ensure data is complete, accurate, and ready for use.

What you’ll do:

Lead data discovery, mapping, cleanup, validation, and migration across CRM, reporting, client portal, trading, and portfolio management systems.

Assess existing platforms and data structures to identify gaps, dependencies, and migration risks.

Coordinate timelines and issue resolution with internal teams, technology vendors, and incoming firms.

Validate data before and after conversions, supporting testing, reconciliation, and successful go-lives.

Explain technical issues clearly, building trust with advisors and other nontechnical stakeholders.

Document data flows, requirements, and processes to make future integrations more consistent and scalable.

What you’ll bring:

Relevant experience in wealth management, fintech, financial services operations, data analysis, or platform implementation.

Demonstrated experience supporting data migrations, system conversions, or complex platform integrations.

Familiarity with wealth technology platforms such as Orion, Redtail, Tamarac, Black Diamond, Salesforce, Envestnet, or Addepar.

An understanding of data structures, mapping, integration concepts, and data quality; hands-on coding is not required.

Familiarity with Databricks preferred; Snowflake experience is also welcome.

Clear, confident communication and the ability to translate between business and technical teams.

A proactive, organized approach, with the judgment to work independently, surface risks early, and follow through.
