Primary Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Architecture — Gather business and technical requirements, support the design of data management architectures (including data models, workflows, and integration points), define master data domains and governance strategies, and work with stakeholders to establish matching, survivorship, and golden record rules.
Configuration & Implementation — Configure data management platforms to support integration, quality, and governance processes; develop data validation, cleansing, and enrichment rules; implement role-based access controls; and collaborate with development teams to integrate data management solutions with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, and Data Warehouse systems.
Data Quality & Governance — Define and enforce data quality standards and business rules, implement data stewardship workflows, support data profiling and deduplication efforts, and monitor and resolve data inconsistencies and anomalies.
Testing & Validation — Develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts; conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing; verify data accuracy and performance; and troubleshoot and resolve defects.
Documentation & Training — Create solution documentation including design specifications and user guides, provide training to business users, data stewards, and IT teams, and maintain system documentation and change logs.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Continuous Improvement — Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors; support change management and adoption efforts; assist with post-implementation enhancements; and stay current with evolving data management technologies and best practices.

The estimated base salary for this job is $105,000 - $130,000. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $120,750 - $149,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
