The Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH) program is a community-academic partnership dedicated to reducing chronic disease disparities among African American/Black and Hispanic/Latino communities through culturally responsive, evidence-based strategies.
The Data Manager & Communications Specialist reports to the REACH Program Supervisor and works closely with community partners, the Evaluation Specialist, CDC evaluator, and program leadership to manage program data, support evaluation, and oversee technology and communications.
