| Job Description | Key Responsibilities " Migration planning: plan and execute extraction, cleansing, validation, mapping, and import of data from CalHFA's existing home-grown incident/request tracking system into ServiceNow. " CMDB & asset data: migrate and validate CMDB, asset, and ticket-history data in coordination with the Integration Lead's CMDB/Discovery design. " Data quality: produce data-profiling and reconciliation reports, and run mock migrations to validate accuracy before cutover. " Deliverables: deliver documented data-migration runbooks and validation results as a required project deliverable. | ||||||||
| Skill set info | Required Qualifications Mandatory 7+ years data migration/ETL experience; 4+ years migrating data into ServiceNow " Minimum 4 years leading data migration into ServiceNow (Import Sets, Data Transformation Maps, or equivalent tooling), including at least one California state or local government engagement. " Prior experience migrating from a legacy or home-grown ITSM/ticketing system into a modern platform, including CMDB and asset data migration. " Demonstrated experience producing data-profiling, cleansing, and reconciliation documentation suitable for a government client's audit requirements. Preferred Qualifications " Experience with ServiceNow CMDB data-migration best practices and CI deduplication. " Experience running mock migrations and rollback procedures in regulated environments. | ||||||||
