Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

What you'll do
You'll own a recurring reporting cycle from end to end: loading the data, validating it, producing the reports, and getting them to the right people on time. If you enjoy accuracy, routine, and finding ways to make a manual process faster, this role fits.
- Upload source data into the reporting environment on a fixed daily schedule and confirm it's complete before reports run
- Reconcile uploaded data against source systems, find missing, duplicate, or out-of-range values, and correct or escalate them before publication
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports from established templates, keeping figures, periods, and formats consistent with prior cycles
- Email completed reports to defined stakeholder lists on schedule, with clear subject lines and a short summary of notable changes
- Investigate reported errors and data questions, trace them to the source system or upload step, work with the data owner, and track each issue to resolution
- Answer stakeholder questions on report contents, metric definitions, cut-off timing, and methodology, and escalate items that need analytical judgment to the reporting manager
- Keep written procedures for each recurring report (data sources, steps, recipients, schedule) so the cycle runs smoothly during absences
- Spot repetitive manual steps and propose ways to simplify or automate them
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in reporting, data operations, business analysis, or a similar role with recurring deliverables
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: pivot tables, lookup and reference functions, conditional logic, and comfort with large datasets
- Accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline-driven, repeating work cycle
- Clear, professional writing suited to stakeholder-facing email
- The ability to work independently on a fixed schedule with limited day-to-day supervision
Nice to have
- Experience with ERP or business intelligence tools (SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
- Exposure to sales, pricing, or trade finance data in a consumer electronics or consumer goods environment
- Experience documenting or automating recurring reporting processes
