Data Processor - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Foothill Ranch, CA (on-site)

Pay: $22.60/hour

Schedule: 2nd shift, 40 hours/week

Job type: Contract (2 weeks)

We're looking for a Data Processor to support a manufacturing team by keeping production data accurate and up to date. You'll help with daily reporting, data entry, and basic system support for the production team.

What you'll do:

• Check and validate daily production numbers (product type and quantities)
• Confirm daily headcount and production reporting
• Enter and reconcile production data in MES and SAP
• Track production orders, materials, and consumables
• Help support production flow and provide break coverage when needed
• Act as an MES go-to person (basic troubleshooting and helping users)
• Help with nonconformance documentation (NCMR) and follow-up tracking
• Verify BOMs, routings, barcodes, and build accuracy
• Track chemical use and update VOC information for EH&S reporting
• Prepare and send routine operational reports

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing/production environment
• Comfortable with Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers/data
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy production setting

Nice to have:

• SAP and/or MES experience
• Familiarity with manufacturing workflows and production reporting
• Experience supporting operations, production, or quality teams
