Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
We're looking for a Data Product Analyst to help transform business needs into trusted, usable data products that power reporting, analytics, and better business decisions. In this role, you'll help bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring data products are thoughtfully designed, well-documented, and built to solve real business problems.
You'll have the opportunity to contribute throughout the data product lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering to testing, documentation, and ongoing improvement. If you're curious about data, enjoy solving problems, and like bringing people together to turn ideas into action, this is an opportunity to build your expertise while making a meaningful impact.
You'll work closely with Reporting, Data Governance, and Data Product leads, business stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to bring data products from discovery through delivery. This is a collaborative, cross-functional role where you'll help connect business priorities with technical execution, build shared understanding, and ensure the products we deliver are trusted and useful. You'll also have the opportunity to learn from experienced partners as you deepen your understanding of our data ecosystem and product practices.
Location & Work Arrangement: This position is based in Charlotte, NC, and requires attendance at our South End office three days per week.
Work Authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. LendingTree and its affiliates will not provide or assume sponsorship for employment visas for this position, now or in the future.
We're a collaborative, entrepreneurial team that's curious, creative, and always ready to roll up our sleeves and get things done. You'll work alongside smart, driven people who care about doing great work — and about helping each other succeed.
We believe the best ideas come from different perspectives, and we're committed to creating a workplace where people feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to make an impact. You'll have the trust and flexibility to do your best work, the opportunity to take ownership and try new things, and teammates who genuinely enjoy working together.
And while we work hard, we don't take ourselves too seriously. We celebrate wins, recognize great work — our GSD (Get Stuff Done) Award is a fan favorite — and make time to have some fun along the way.
Come grow with us, make an impact, and help us build what's next.
