As a Data Scientist, you'll apply innovative statistical and machine learning methods in a scientifically rigorous manner to dive into the largest and most complex data across the enterprise to answer the most difficult questions that are foundational to driving real-world value by offering deep insight into every aspect of the business. • Applying scientific methods to solve real world business problems using data
• Utilizing cutting edge statistical and machine learning methods to dig deep into complex data to deliver data driven solutions across all areas of the business including inventory optimization supply chain marketing healthcare cybersecurity, etc.
• Employing broad and deep knowledge of statistics analytics and machine learning to contribute to and enhance Best Buys core data science capabilities
• Mining large structured and unstructured data appropriately to glean actionable insights and to make recommendations on how the data can be used to help solve straightforward business problems
• Collaborating with other teams to implement and deploy scalable solutions
