Role_Description

• "Analyze digital customer behavior across web and mobile channels to generate actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Leverage Adobe Analytics to measure customer engagement, digital experience performance, conversion funnels, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and deploy predictive models, customer segmentation, and personalization strategies to support marketing and business objectives.
• Extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets using Snowflake, SQL, and Python to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, digital marketing teams, and product owners to define KPIs, success metrics, and analytical requirements.
• Deliver dashboards, reports, and executive presentations that translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes.
• Perform customer journey, attribution, retention, and behavioral analytics to improve customer acquisition and engagement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to Eligible to workimize digital experiences and drive data-driven decision making.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and adherence to enterprise analytics standards and best practices.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on analytical findings to support business growth, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiency."
