The goal of this project is to strengthen the organizational capacity of GROW Initiative GA by improving data systems, communication tools, and documentation practices that support community-based programs, resource development, and long-term sustainability. Through this work, GROW can better track outcomes, communicate impact, and expand access to education, health, nutrition, and support services for underserved residents in Savannah and Coastal Georgia Further help on this page can be found by clicking here.

Member Duties : The VISTA member will build the organizational capacity of GROW Initiative GA by developing and improving internal data management systems, strengthening communication and outreach materials, supporting program evaluation, and organizing documentation that improves continuity and sustainability.
