This role is instrumental in driving data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams, supporting our mission to delight consumers, improve business performance, and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Develop and maintain semantic models, DAX measures, business KPIs, and RLS configurations.
• Build and maintain reusable datasets, data marts, and scalable analytical models.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc reporting to drive business decisions.
• Troubleshoot data quality issues and support production environments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
• Proficient in SQL for querying, data validation, and performance optimization.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Microsoft Fabric, or similar.
• Familiarity with AI, predictive analytics, and modern analytics platforms.

Preferences

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Data Factory components.
• Experience with Python, Spark, or automation scripting.
• Experience supporting data migrations and platform modernization initiatives.
