Database Administrator (DBA)
Location: Newport Beach, CA (Local) - Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week
Duration: Contract – 6+ Months
Visa: USC, GC, H4 EAD, GC EAD
Tax Terms: C2C/W2/1099

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (2016+ preferred)
Performance tuning, including:
Query optimization
Indexing strategies
Execution plan analysis
Backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies
High Availability / Disaster Recovery, including:
Always On Availability Groups
Failover Clustering
Replication
Database security, including:
Transparent Data Encryption (TDE)
Data encryption
Access control
Compliance standards
Strong experience troubleshooting production issues
Experience with Azure
Exposure to Power BI
Experience with SSIS
