Job Requirements Responsibilities:
Create, manage, and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Support the Roadside Toll Systems Team with report generation, new alerts, database migrations, vendor build deployments, hardware replacements, SQL distributor maintenance, and roadside replication.
Collaborate with the Monitoring Operation Center and SLAM team on third-party patching, deep-dive data analysis, Power BI report development, and multi-platform database support.
Analyze data requirements, architectures, data dictionaries, and database schemas to design, develop, amend, and optimize systems.
Gather, analyze, and normalize business process data to evaluate credibility, relevance, and meaning.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: 5 years of IT experience in DBA, SQL procedural code, and design. Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language (PL-SQL) and Microsoft SQL (Transact-SQL) is required.
Role Complexity: Intermediate professional level. Ability to handle medium-to-high complexity tasks, participate as a project team member/leader, and coach junior staff.
