Date Entry Clerk

Eleven Recruiting is searching for Data Entry Clerks to join the Finance team of a well-established, global aerospace and defense OEM in the greater Los Angeles area. In this role, you’ll enter and maintain inventory data in the company’s ERP system, converting counts and records from the Inventory team into accurate system entries that give Finance reliable data. This is a data entry position for someone who is fast, accurate and comfortable working in Excel and an ERP system for much of the day.
  Responsibilities:

• Enter inventory counts, adjustments and transaction data into the ERP system accurately and on schedule.
• Verify entered data against source documentation, including part numbers, quantities, locations and units of measure.
• Use Excel to organize, review and reconcile inventory data.
• Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information, and work with the Inventory and Finance teams to resolve them.
• Maintain organized records and follow established data entry procedures.
• Support period-end and physical inventory activities by keeping data entry current and complete.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in data entry, with a strong record of speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas and working with large data sets.
• Experience entering and maintaining data in an ERP system, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong attention to detail, including checking numbers and part information against source documents.
• Ability to follow written procedures, manage a steady workload and communicate clearly with Finance and operations teams.
• Experience supporting inventory, accounting or finance teams in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Pay Rate: $26.00/hr
