The Children’s Center is growing, and we are looking for qualified Teachers and Child Care Aides to join our Infant, Toddler, and Preschool classrooms serving children from infancy through age 4.


Required Qualification


45–90 hours of approved Child Care Training & Certificate

We are looking for team members who are:

• Passionate about working with young children
• Able to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
• Comfortable assisting with meals, toileting/diapering, naps, transitions, and daily routines
• Able to support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
• Willing to participate in classroom activities, learning centers, art, music, movement, and play
• Able to communicate professionally with families and coworkers

Positions Available


Infant & Toddler Teachers/Aides
Support nurturing care, sensory learning, language development, feeding, diapering, movement, and developmental milestones.


Preschool Teachers/Aides – Ages 2–4
Support early literacy, numbers, shapes, colors, science, art, social skills, independence, classroom routines, and kindergarten readiness.


Additional training such as Infant/Toddler, CPR/First Aid, ADA, Basic Health & Safety, CDA, or Maryland Child Care Credential is a plus.


Applicants will be considered for positions based on their training, education, experience, and Maryland licensing requirements.
