Microbiology Supervisor – Kingman, AZ 86401

We are seeking an experienced Microbiology Supervisor for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Kingman, Arizona.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Medical Laboratory Scientist looking to advance their laboratory career while enjoying a consistent Monday–Friday day shift.

Position Details:

• Location: Kingman, AZ 86401
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Employment: Permanent, Full-Time
• Pay: $40–$52/hour
• Estimated Annual Salary: $83,200–$108,160

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science – required
• ASCP, AMT, or NCCLS certification – required
• Strong microbiology laboratory knowledge
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities may include:

• Overseeing daily operations of the microbiology department
• Supervising and supporting laboratory staff
• Ensuring accurate and timely testing
• Assisting with scheduling, training, competencies, and workflow
• Maintaining quality and regulatory compliance standards
