Location:  Toms River, NJ

Program - Adult Residential

Position: Direct Support Professional 

Hours: Part-Time Mon/Wed/Fri 7a-3pm

Hourly Rate: $19.06-$19.44/hr

 

 

Are you passionate about supporting others and creating meaningful change every day? Bancroft NeuroRehab is seeking compassionate and motivated Day Support to join our Adult Residential Program in Toms River, NJ.

At Bancroft NeuroRehab, we support adults with brain injuries and neurological conditions as they work toward greater independence, confidence, and community connection. As a DSP, you will be an essential part of each individual’s rehabilitation journey—providing hands-on support, encouragement, and care that truly transforms lives.

    • Plan events and outings to build the Bancroft community

Qualifications:

We’re Hiring Compassionate Team Members Who: 

  • Are 18 years of age or older
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Work well in teams and are open to learning new skills
  • Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
  • Have a current driver's license in good standing
