PK’s Christian Learning Site 2 is looking for an experienced, caring, and dependable Director to lead our childcare program. We’re seeking someone who is flexible, organized, and driven to provide a safe, supportive environment for children, families, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily center operations and support staff.
- Help ensure the center follows Illinois licensing requirements.
- Communicate professionally with families and staff.
- Support children’s health, safety, learning, and development.
- Maintain organized records and help keep the center running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Previous childcare or early childhood education experience.
- Previous leadership or director experience preferred.
- Must meet Illinois requirements for a Daycare Director.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible, dependable, and able to work as part of a team.
