Part-Time Daycare Support Teacher - Morning & Afternoon

Primrose School of Berkeley Heights and Primrose School of New Providence are seeking caring, dependable part-time Support Teachers to join our teams! We have morning and afternoon opportunities for individuals who enjoy working with young children and helping them learn and grow.

Locations:

Berkeley Heights: 246 Springfield Avenue, Berkeley Heights, NJ 07922

New Providence: 165 South Street, New Providence, NJ 07974

Schedule: Monday-Friday, with morning or afternoon shifts available. Please include your availability and preferred location when applying.

Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers with activities, supervision, and daily routines.

Help with meals, diapering or toileting, rest time, and classroom transitions.

Provide classroom coverage as needed across different age groups.

Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment.

Build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.

Follow school policies and health and safety procedures.

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

Is reliable, patient, and a strong team player.

Communicates well and is comfortable helping in different classrooms.

Has experience working with young children (required.

Compensation: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
